If you missed the last Kahala Hotel & Resort Curry event don't miss the next one! Recipes were submitted to the Kahala chefs and favorites were prepared and offered to the public at a wonderful curry cook off. Dante Camara (GM Hoku's, the Kahala Resort's fine dining restaurant) interviews Noella Monteiro, who won with her grandmother's shrimp curry, voted the best entry, an Indian curry from her family's traditional recipe using all local ingredients.
