    Aloha Poalima! Happy Friday......

    "Life is Good!"

What I love the most & miss dearly, is a Hawaiian style music & hula experience on the shores of Waikiki during the golden hour while in the presence of a Blue Hawai'i cocktail, beautiful lady, breathtaking torch-lit sunset with the sounds of crashing waves detonating on the beach front with the whafting fragrance of limu capped with a protective dome of fluorescent city lights illuminating the skyline like an enchanting halo powered by the spirit of folks having a good time with the tune Kalua playing in the background though the golden voice of Dennis Pavao.

What I don't miss is getting drenched with sun tanning lotion playing in the ocean there while never applying it on the beach.

Hawai'i has been blessed with so many inspirational figures over a long span of time that has influenced a huge population indirectly to include many abroad.

Many can attest to the fact that we have ridden the backs of so many kind acts delivered by those ambassadors of Aloha before us whom did things from the heart & with no expectations nor attachments; it's the Hawaiian way.

Our most famous waterman, Duke Kahanamoku, stated in his creed that Hawai'i is the world's center for fellowship while other prominent figures like Don Ho mentioned that Hawaiian islanders really know how to live laughing with one another vice at each other.

Waikiki is a one of a kind recreational playground for all ages with the finest of western amenities at your disposal within the most isolated land mass on this planet.

Waikiki has always been one of the finest meeting places in the world with a natural vibe to calm the soul & enhance the communications process. When you add smiles, flowers, food, music, cheer & pageantry to the mix, the experience takes on a whole new dimension while exploding to unimaginable heights where even the most simplest of foods taste like something from a 5 star restaurant!

Though I love secluded locations, there's just something about Waikiki that defines enchanting love & romance that is Hawaii's lure.

Hoping that this new TV & web series will display the enchanting character of Waikiki during the golden hour.

Giving thanks to those whom lived Aloha as intended by Queen Liliuokalani will provide an excellent example for our youth & help to rekindle the Aloha Spirit!

Keep up the great works & effort with the Life is Good blog.

    With Aloha,

    Moke Young

    Hi kanani,

Yes! Free in Waikiki?! or for that matter... free anywhere these days is rare. Some of the folks attending have not been together
probably since their era. Legendary beachboys, musicians, hula dancers, 2 Couture is presenting a vintage - contemporary Aloha wear
show. We'll be filming a rare moment in Waikiki's history for sure. Hope to see you.
